Super tasty cakes. ..... especially the buttercream cake - with praline cream !!! Really very, very tasty

I will never enter this cafe again. You reserve a table because you are wheelchair users and what do you get to say from the foreign service? Sorry, all forgiven. Despite the reservation. No trace of customer friendliness, totally overwhelmed. Never again and I won't recommend it either.

For the well-known name, I would have expected something better. The price is tough for two pieces of cake and two pieces of small baked goods you pay over 17 euros. For this price we would have expected something better. We'd rather go back to Kaffee Flora a few meters further because the price-performance ratio is right.

Discovered by accident. Super tasty cakes. And cheap for 3 euros to take away. The choice is huge. You can also buy chocolates and other delicious sweet things. Also great as a gift.

In the cafe entrance traffic jam, owner unfriendly to customers, cake pieces small, uncomfortable and cold, poor equipment, cafe cannot be recommended.

Charming traditional café in the heart of Bad Harzburg. Ingenious and very tasty selection of homemade tarts, cakes and ice cream creations. Be sure to try the Agnes-Bernauer cake and the poppy seed-apple cake. Friendly and thoughtful service. Don't miss out on a shopping paradise on the ground floor. We'd love to come back!

Beautiful little shop with delicious pastries and coffee! Typical "tourist" prices.

The café is housed in an old historical building, everything looks very neat, we have a place on the terrace, very nice to linger. The service was super nice and courteous, ice cream was very tasty, Baumkuchen ice cream, very unusual but very tasty. All in all a great afternoon. Thank you 👍

We waited almost an hour for our meal. Almost all guests on the terrace were dissatisfied because of the long waiting times. Guests at the next table waited over half an hour for their ice cream sundae. They then left. Other guests at the tables also started unsatisfied. A conversation with the boss in which they pointed out the grievances was thrown out. No recommendation for this cafe.

Very, very tasty ... even if the choice of dinner was not that big - but it was completely sufficient and varied for us ... we were very satisfied.

We got Schnitzel with chanterelles in cream sauce and it tasted great 👍😊

Clear selection of homemade ice cream. Good ice cream, e.g. B. Salted Caramel and Chocolate. A plus: Demeter milk is used. Good pastries.

Delicious cakes, although I found mine to be very dry (must be like that), but my husband's cake was definitely too dry. Very large selection. Staff friendly. Prices ok.

Service was friendly. Ice cream tasted ok, the balls were rather small. There are vegan ice creams (fruit ice cream)!

The cake counter is great, the takeaway cake is also highly recommended. Overall, the opening times are not adapted to the needs. The terrace is nicely designed and the service is okay. The café is an institution. Nevertheless, a little bit "prettily" would be appropriate.

I was the first time about 2 weeks ago in this beautiful, heart and soul-run cafe! Very delicious tree cake ice cream and only the cake 😋! I hope that it will soon be possible to offer hot dishes again! I've heard a lot of good things about it and would like to be able to convince myself! Please hold through ❤

A completely overpriced and unfriendly tourist trap like you in the book stood. No card payment possible ... very serious in this day and age. Coffee and cake taste no highlight. Operation unfriendly. No reunion!

Ice cream and coffee were good. The service was very rude and bad. When asked about apple pies, although he was on the notice board, there was nothing but the answer. And as for the notice, that's just the price list. What can I say? We will not be back!

After we had to stop our first attempt for company leave, we could enjoy delicious cake and warm drinks at the second attempt. A nice cafe with a large selection of cakes and drinks, carpeting and nice service. Although this cafe seems to be a hotspot of the older generation, we felt very comfortable here as "young hoppers".
